Ø     Instruction

1.    First of all, heat ½ cup ghee in a large pan and add 2 cups gram flour.

2.    Fry on a low flame till the gram flour is well combined with ghee. Be sure to use thick gram flour for a granular texture.

3.    Keep roasting on low heat. If the mixture dries, add another tablespoon of ghee.

4.    After 20 minutes, Besan starts leaving Ghee.

5.    Fry until the gram flour turns golden brown and granulated. This may take approximately 30 minutes.

6.    Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, and allow to cool slightly.

7.    Dry roast 2 tablespoons watermelon seeds and 2 tablespoons cashew nuts.

10.                       Take 1 cup sugar and 4 pods of cardamom in a blender. You can optionally use tagar or bora.

11.                       Blend to a fine powder without adding water.

12.                       When gram flour cools (slightly warm) add powdered sugar.

13.                       Make sure everything is well combined and mix well. Do not add sugar when the mixture is hot, as it will melt the sugar and make the mixture watery.

14.                       Make a ball-shaped ladoo by adjusting the sugar as needed.

15.                       Finally, enjoy Besan Laddu for 2 weeks in an airtight container.

wwhat is special for india :-

Laddu recipe is a traditional Indian dessert that is made for a particular reason. Each region and state of India has its own distinct variations for these common laddus that vary with the ingredients. Nevertheless, some common laddus recipes are made in India wit

Just like I have made Besan ke Laddoos, I want to share with you too, so you will also feel that I am still making

so I'm going to make some Basin kill at those today very easy recipe and you get some beautiful ladoos for any occasion that you want to make it for

so let us start making it so let's begin vom to heat a power cut high to raise em to add ghee and to go with six table spoons of ghee right here as the ghee gets or going to add in our Basin or gram flour one and a half cups and this is coarse variety not the fine variety course variety is much better now I'm going to stir this really well

and we're going to cook this until it gets light golden and we get a very aromatic smell from it and yes make sure the competition low to

medium flame on the lower side of course because this basin can burn very easily that's the reason we want to cook this in low to medium flame and keep it moving all

the time while you are studying this make sure you break the lumps of this Basin as well that will ensure it is very evenly and nicely cooked I can already start feeling the aroma because I am so close to it but

you can also see the texture here we are half way there I know it's very easy to leave it unattended but don't do that mistake

because it can burn very easily the bottom most layer is going to burn like just so don't do that mistake and just keep it moving it has been a good time since we are cooking this you can already see the texture once again it is going all clumpy and like that and it started getting shiny all again as well and

I have been getting a beautiful aroma from it so we will just cook it for another minute then we were to take it out so this is all ready and this is smelling divine it is going to be scrumptious for sure I am going to just take it down to the plate now so here we have our roasted Basin to this em--to add in about two tablespoons of nuts

powder actually I have just taken some cash ewsalmonds and some pistachios and I have just pulsed them once in the blender so the powder is here and now I am to add in some cardamom powder as well kind of mix it once it is way too hot right now so just mix it once with the spoon now to this em--to adding the powdered sugar

and to get my hands in it is going to be hot so be careful and I am to kind of take the basin and to rub it between the powdered sugar that is going to ensure the sugar is really well mixed now to

this we're going to add in some key so mixing the gear really well if you have more sort of I into dryer reduce then you can add about 1/2 a tbsp of ghee and my family actually likes softer  ladoos so added two tablespoons of ghee right here so this looks like already and smells so divine so the mixture looks already to make ladoo so now I'm going to make the ladoos just take a little

portion from the mixture and press it within your hand now roll it once so one let do is already like so I'm going to make all the ladoos from the mixture you can sprinkle a bit of nut powder on top if you wish to and reduce are all ready to dig in

as I said earlier this is going to bedivine this is divine of course and very scrumptious you just cannot stop the flavor of the Basin is totally marvelous make sure you try this it is perfect for any occasion thank you
